Welcome to Pepperberries’ latest season of cooking classes.  Right now we are experiencing sunny 90 degree days. But that touch of crisp, cooler air each evening is reminding us that fall and winter are not far away.
 
Our instructors have once again come up with classes that will take us through each season deliciously.  Along with our regular band of talented chefs, we are excited that Vickie, Nick and Viola have worked a visit to our cooking school into their very busy schedules.
 
Pepperberries will be taking pre-orders for Nick’s latest cookbook, PASTRY, Foolproof Doughs for Sweet & Savory Pastries. They will be signed by Nick and ready for pick-up on October 10th.
 
We also welcome Jimmy Kerstein to our schedule. Jim has worked in the meat industry for forty years and has recently written THE BUTCHER”S GUIDE: An Insider’s View to Buy the Best Meat and Save Money.
 
We look forward to seeing our returning students and welcoming new ones. Registration starts on Tuesday, September 16th at 10:00 am. Other dates to be aware of:  Holiday Open Houses will be November 14th & 15th and December 12th & 13th. Be sure to drop by
for assorted food tastings, demos and gift giving ideas.
