Cooking and Living
in the Sun Drenched Days and Starry Nights
Somewhere behind the grey, drizzly skies the sun is shining, bringing the promise of lazy days to come. Our farmers’ markets are open and spilling over with delicate spring lettuces, crisp carrots, new peas and fresh herbs. The emerging abundance influences the classes that are offered by our very imaginative chefs!
Do you want to find a way to jazz up meal time? Compound butters add a twist to just about everything from bread to veggies or grilled meats. Looking for a vegetarian alternative to the backyard barbecue? We have a Mediterranean grilling class to fit the bill.
We’re excited about a “Cook Book Series” that is being offered. Each class will feature two complimentary books. Our chef will introduce students to his favorites and prepare foods from the featured cook books. This is a great way to become familiar with some talented, but perhaps lesser known chefs.
With the arrival of spring and then summer you will find us stocking up on cookware and gadgets to meet your needs. Rubs, sauces, oils and vinegars line our shelves. Here at Pepperberries we have a mission to enhance the quality of everyday life through providing exceptional products and classes. Our commitment is to provide gracious service to our customers.
It’s a good time of year!
