Special Guest to Teach at Pepperberries
Viola Buitoni is of the famed Buitoni pasta and chocolate making family. Originally from Perugia, Umbria, she has worked in top Italian kitchens and dining establishments in New York, as well as starting a very successful catering company on Madison Avenue.
A short career break, a move to San Francisco and ensuing family has landed her in SF’s Mission District where she writes, teaches and prepares lovely meals for family and friends.
What are people saying?
“Viola, I love cooking with you in the Consulate’s bright yellow kitchen. You are the Italian aunt I never had. It is not just about recipes and helpful hints. It’s about honoring traditional food, food that continues to nourishes body and soul.” Frances - student
Viola will be joining us for two classes - May 20th and May 21st
(See calendar for details)
