Smoked Salmon Appetizer courtesy of Robert Rothchild Farm

 

6 slices firm, textured white bread

1 jar Robert Rothchild Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip

1 1/2 ounces Smoked Salmon

Lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes and lemon wedges for garnish

 

Toast bread, cut off crusts and spread thickly with Onion Blossom Dip.  Arrange salmon on each slice and cut in half diagonally.  Serve on individual plates and garnish with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes and lemon wedges.
