 PREP FOR THE WEEK Taught by John Carlile, of KitchOut

In these classes, John will show you how to prep 5 different entrees, that will feed 2 people for the whole week, and in just 3 hours. No need to join one of those subscription meal delivery services. With John’s help, you can easily shop and cook for the whole week. When you do it yourself, it is cheaper, fresher and much more ecological (not dealing with all that packaging!) Four different classes are being offered. All menus are gluten free.


Prep Class #4: • Thai-style Chicken Breasts with Broccoli and Rice • Honey Pork Stir Fry with Sesame Sauce and Cucumber Spicy Slaw • Vegetable Minestrone Soup • Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Broccoli and Rice • Ginger Pork with Coconut-Cilantro Sauce and Cucumber-Coconut Salad
