Sauces and Slatherings 101

A sauce, in its basic form is a thickened, flavored liquid which accompanies food items to enhance their flavor. Most of the sauces that will be prepared are suitable to more than one application (such as the Romesco sauce would be fabulous stirred into pasta.) Lynn shares five different sauces each with a myriad of uses.
