Until after World War II, only the affluent could manage even the proverbial Sunday chicken. Thanks to modern production methods, almost anyone can afford this versatile fowl. Chicken can be prepared in almost any way imaginable. So, what can you do with those huge bags of chicken you buy at Costco? Get creative! You’ll learn four quick and tasty ideas in one class. Your family won’t think these are boring chicken dinners. Two classes are being offered.

·          Marinated and Grilled – Thai Chicken Sticks with Peanut Sauce
·          Chopped and Woked – Hot and Sour Chicken
·          Sliced and Spiced – Santa Fe Chicken Pasta
·          Sautéed and Sauced – Chicken Dijonnaise
