Your Heart on Your Sleeve
Taught by Lynn Alvarez
In the Middle Ages, young men and women drew names to see who their valentines would be. The young people would wear these names on their sleeves for one week. To “wear your heart on your sleeve” has now taken on the meaning that it is easy for other people to know how you are feeling. Don’t let your feelings go to chance. Cook a special Valentine’s dinner for that special someone!
