A Vibrant Indian Dinner

Thanks to the English colonizers and to the American clipper ships of the 19th Century, the curries of are popular throughout the Western world. This Indian meals begins with crispy samosas, with the main focus on ’s favorite, Chicken Tikka Masala. Tender breast of chicken, chiles, tomatoes, chiles and garlic enrich the rosy, creamy sauce. Conclude with a touch of chocolate with subtle spice. Two classes are being offered.
Menu
- Fennel-Scented Spinach and Potato Samosas – Little pastries filled with this spicy, savory filling and gilded with fresh mint chutney
- Chicken Tikka Masala – The most popular gently spiced curry that is exotic, rich and creamy. Masala means “hot spice” and this is up to the whim of the cook; we’ll keep the sauce gentle, yet flavorful
- Saffron Rice with Cashews – Fragrant basmati rice is steamed with saffron threads, cinnamon, cilantro and crunchy cashews
- Carrot Salad with Lime and Cilantro – Vibrant in color with the perfect crunch. This dish makes the entire plate
- Grilled Naan – Whole-Wheat Indian Flat Bread to scoop the delicious Chicken Tikka Masala
- Mango Curried Chocolate Truffles – Quality bittersweet chocolate that has hints of fruit and spice. We’ll serve these nuggets with ice cream or gelato
