South America the Slow Way


 

Eugene Cooking Class Taught by Mary Minor Diehl

Here is a great way to make a south American themed meal using your slow cooker. We'll start with an easy version of Chilie Verde. It will be accompanied with rice. Chilean Tomato and Onion Salad, and some easy spicy black beans. Dessert will be a cheesecake flan.
