Our very industrious Chefs have been busy coming up with new menus and trends to tempt your palate and expand your culinary skills. Great comfort can be taken in the “Browned and Bubbly” series featuring casseroles that you can pop into the oven. Need some “sweet ideas” for Valentine’s Day? Sign up for our Cheese and Chocolate Fondue Class or our Special Sweets Class. Perhaps you’d like to make some great soups … we have a few offerings specializing in just that area. French, Italian, Thai and great American cooking is what our classes feature … you should be able to find your niche!
This is also the time of year when we head off to market in search of cutting-edge gadgets and cookware. However, you don’t have to wait for our return; we’ve got a few items in stock for you now!
For all of that spring (oops winter) cleaning, check out the Cucina line from Fruit and Passion. Get adventurous and try either the Orange or Apple Balsamic Vinegar produced by House of Balsamic. Its great drizzled over greens with avocado, red onion and segments of Satsuma oranges.
All-Clad is celebrating their 40th anniversary with several specials, including a 10” skillet specially marked for the occasion. Emile Henry pizza and grilling stones are fabulous not only for their baking properties, but they also make a great serving piece in place of your everyday platter.
